About this artwork
What began as a simple field of flowers has unfolded into a universe of its own — a vision where cosmos and microcosm intertwine. Colours bloom like galaxies, and forms drift between the vast and the invisible. It is the chaos of consciousness made visible: nature’s fragments dissolved and reborn through perception. In this alchemy of seeing, the painting becomes a vessel — a quiet conductor of inner worlds born from the endless imagination of the…
natural realm.

Portugal
Dongmei Wang is a Chinese artist specializing in ink painting, calligraphy, mixed-media, photography, and printmaking, with roots in traditional Chinese visual culture and a cross-cultural background. She masterfully combines mythological and spiritual themes with symbolism, painting on traditional silk using mineral colors to create a unique natural vibrance. Her works, blending Eastern and Western styles, convey tenderness, interconnectedness, and the fragile balance of coexistence, inviting viewers to reflect on humanity’s place within nature’s rhythm.
