About this artwork
Inspired by the Mediterranean, its colors and the Mediterranean light, this image was created. It has the title Eternity - eternidad, as it tells of endless eternity. It is an abstract work. The viewer is left to decide what he wants to discover in the picture.
As is typical for the artist, this picture also consists of many layers of paint, some of which are thick and sometimes very thinly applied, so that they become more or less playful again… when sanding. The often very radiant, bold colors with which the image is built, are finally covered by soft blue and white, and only in a few places, the red shining tones shimmer like sailboats, which takes the viewer on a mental journey to the sea ,
