As early as 6,000 years ago, sailors were using the stars for guidance. Constellations described key points on the routes of long-distance travelers and at the same time stories from mythology, from the realm of the gods.
Behind every force of nature and every element there was a god and it was important not to anger them. Natural disasters and other… misfortunes were punishments from the gods. So people treated nature with respect.....
