Hardly anyone can escape the magic of the Hamburg harbor at the Landungsbrücken with its rich history and its many stories. The gentle morning atmosphere and the warm light create a feeling of timelessness and continuity. With every brush stroke I tried to interweave the history of the place and the quiet energy of the dawning day. This work is intended to fill the room with positivity and a pinch of longing for distant journeys and times gone by.
