About this artwork
In my artwork I worked with acrylic paints on canvas to create an abstract image that evokes both feelings and thoughts. I want it to become a stimulating conversation piece in any room, energizing and inspiring. With daring contrasts and intuitive strokes, it transports emotion and depth into your home.

« Art only becomes interesting when we stand in front of something that we cannot fully explain right away. »
Doris Maile is an experienced artist based in Germany whose works have been exhibited nationally and in France. Through her art, she endeavors not to depict reality, but rather, to create a world of her own. Inspired by what concerns and moves her, Maile's liberated and abstracted artistic process invites color chaos, which she then transforms into compositional order through varying techniques.
