Acrylic painting, collage, marble powder and rusted metal rings. The picture has a strong relief-like structure and is characterized by soft brown and rust tones. Doris Maile is an experienced artist based in Germany whose works have been exhibited nationally and in France. Through her art, she endeavors not to depict reality, but rather, to create a world of her own. Inspired by what concerns and moves her, Maile's liberated and abstracted artistic process invites color chaos, which she then transforms into compositional order through varying techniques.
