About this artwork
Float
A2 (297 X 420 mm)
Ink on 250 GSM archival Bristol Board
2023
Hand painted, one of a kind
.
It was a leap of faith
A leap to the sky
And then it was a surprise
She stayed up
Floating
.
It's been a while since I've done one of these. I absolutely adore the unforgiving nature of ink. You make a mark and there it sits. I was speaking with a print artist the other day who loves the softer papers. I like the hard edges of the Bristol Board.
