About this artwork
I was given some slides a while ago.
You know, the old ones that used to go in those projectors that would click around to show you photos albums from friends and family trips projected onto the walls in the 80's.
It made me nostaligic for that analogue time.
So I decided not to let them go to waste.
I love the way that as this piece sits on the wall, the glass changes depending on your angle you approach. Sometimes it is clear, sometime reflective.…
This plays with our ideas and perceptions of reality. This is a concept I love to work around in my work, how do we experience the world based on different andles of perception?
