About this artwork
We all get injured and when we heal, often the scar tissue is stronger than the orginal.
This work is all about healing and the stitches we give ourselves physically and emotionally as we get hurt going through life.
It is both a piece to celebrate the hurt and the amazing technology and knowledge we as a species have developed to heal.
Getting hurt is part of living a good life. If you never put yourself out there, you still can get hurt so might… as well live passionately and fully.
