About this artwork
Winter has always been my favourite season.
There are few things I love more than a bitingly cold day where I'm dressed properly warm and go for a walk amongst the trees that have shed their leaves.
The way the light comes, the quiet of the cold, the still of the night, the rest that comes with longer sleeps and heavier duvets.
This work is a celebration of that.
It is my intention that I do one of these for each season.
Spring will, of course,… be next.
