About this artwork
Diptych.
Inner landscapes represent an abstract field where impulses are generated, a field from which everything comes from.
Everything we feel, think, act upon or even imagine, is ignited by some sort of impulse, any action, whether it's a thought or a physical action must be triggered by something. The idea of these triggers being these abstract, initial impulses are fascinating to me. It's almost like a chalice, from which everything originates… from. Everything that makes it possible for us to define ourselves and the universe around us, coming from this place, somewhere in our inner landscapes.
