Dutch Montana is an American painter who has exhibited in the United States. He paints his experiences living in Southern California, which include both the beautiful and the seedy. Montana also conveys his wonderment of the natural world, as well as synchronicities and mathematical consistencies in nature. Working on 6-12 compositions at once, he primarily creates using oils on canvas, as well as wax and other mediums to generate texture. He also uses digital and washing techniques in his pieces.
