The power of the waves and the colors I encounter at sea are a constant source of inspiration. The nuances of color at sunrise or sunset in the sky and in the water are intoxicatingly beautiful. My motifs arise spontaneously in the moment I look at the tubes of paint in the studio. First, I choose a color, then the next colors follow, related to this first color.
