About this artwork
This work was inspired by reading `` Archetypes and the collective unconscious`` by Carl Gustav Jung. I choose to depict myself multiplied as if I was representing a group of people who share the same underground information even if they don`t realize it. So the collective memory is represented by the unified point above the character multiplication.

Torony is an emerging Romanian artist who finds artistic inspiration in many of life's details: Books, songs, lyrics, conversations with friends, and her immediate environment - particularly the waste she has observed in the face of urban growth. Her paintings are a fusion of gestural abstraction, surreal scenes, and concrete objects and shapes.
