Eduarda Ferreira is a prize-winning Portuguese painter who has been exhibiting her works since the 1980s. Themes that inspire her work include the consequences of personal experiences along with the contradictory aspects of life: the unmoving and uncertain; memory and forgetfulness; and the unpredictability of mundane aspects of life. Currently, her style approaches abstract and she uses a minimalistic palette. Ferreira uses oil printing, acrylics, enamel and collage.
