About this artwork
The painting was born out of movement: it has no beginning and no end, only emotion—chaos and, at the same time, tranquility. Each line is a response to the body’s motion, each layer—the tension of a moment. This is not a story but an energy captured and held still on the canvas.
Although the work took two months to create, constantly transforming and accumulating new layers, it reflects the duality of the human being and the inner conflicts that… each of us experiences throughout life.
This is not simply a painting, nor just a dance of forms I created. It is a condensation of my thoughts, layered over several months, shaping the unity and harmony of the figures and tones. I hope that looking at this work will carry you into your own warm, nostalgic memories and offer the same emotions I experienced while creating it.
