Eela Laitinen wants to tell forgotten tales and inspire new stories. Inspired by Nordic folklore and the forest, the French artist's compositions are imbued with magical landscapes, brimming with mythology and dreamlike creatures. Laitinen employs a multitude of techniques in her pieces and works with varying textures. She creates using India ink, watercolors, silk painting, as well as textiles.
