About this artwork
This work is an attempt to capture not only visual reflections but also the echoes of inner human states. I have always been fascinated by the interplay of light and shadow and the moods they create, so in this painting, I sought a delicate balance between clarity and mystery.
For me, reflections are more than just a physical phenomenon—they are memories, emotions, and intuitions that emerge and merge, like images mirrored on the surface of the water.… Here, everyone can see something different: perhaps a moment of tranquility, a fragment of the past, or simply a dance of colors and light that speaks its own language.

Egidijus Dapsas, a Kaunas Art School graduate, majored in artistic leather and has background in blacksmithing and mural painting.
