About this artwork
In this work, I sought to capture the delicate balance between chaos and tranquility. Using acrylic and oil pastel, I juxtaposed vivid tones and shapes that suggest dynamic tension. It is an invitation to contemplate, reflect, and find peace in the tumult. This painting brings an invigorating and reflective energy to any space, encouraging the viewer to embrace the complexity and beauty of life.
Eklektik
France
Born in 1977, in Hauts-de-Seine, Alexandra aka Eklektik is a self-taught artist, she paints mainly in acrylic, using various techniques such as collage, stencil, spray paint, knife painting.
Also very attracted by writing, she often uses lettering and messages. She appreciates textures, she likes to feel the different materials on the canvas, she often paints with her hands.
Street and Pop Art are her first sources of inspiration and her passion for photography often guides her in the choice of her subjects.
Eklektik, as its name suggests, does not feel capable of imposing a precise style or a well-defined and always similar technique, it needs to disperse itself, both in techniques and in themes in order to flourish.
An artist at heart, she likes to think that Art makes the world more beautiful.
