Ancient scriptures divided energy into two types - solar and lunar. The one that should be accumulated by a woman is the energy of the Moon.
The Moon cools and it is characterized by softness and calmness, without unnecessary fuss and disputes, tenderness, flexibility, sensitivity, and the ability to adapt - this is what prevails in a female.
The energy of the Moon works oppositely to the Sun's one. You cannot tear these energies apart, both of them… are important and can not exist without each other. So, the Sun and the Moon are a diptych.
