With the title he wants to highlight the meanings of the adjective "committed" in relation to nature. On the one hand, it means that it is in danger, at risk, in a pressing situation, that it is exposed, and on the sociological side it means commitment,… that it is takes on a responsibility, actively taking a clear part in its conservation.
The work recreates an organic abstract landscape, as well as an artificial ecosystem. It could be a plant world full of life, green and gold, resplendent. However, it is created with recycled inorganic waste, lifeless matter, which is a contradiction. in itself. And this should challenge us.
Belonging to the series "Recycling. Care planet".
