Elena Cantagalli's artistic journey is rooted in a solid academic and musical education. In 1990, she graduated with a degree in piano from the "Santa Cecilia" Conservatory in Latina, simultaneously obtaining a qualification to teach music. Her years of piano study shaped her artistic sensibility, leaving an indelible mark on her perception of space, rhythm, and harmony. She translates her musical sensibility into self-taught abstract painting. Through acrylics, she explores the intimate connection between humanity and color. Her works, rich with textured brushstrokes and strong chiaroscuro contrasts, invite the viewer on a profound introspective journey.
