My daily birdwatching under lockdown of 2020.
Living in the south of Spain I had all kinds of birds around: parakeets, turkeys, guinea fowls, storks, flamingos and even birds of prey.
So they become the heroes of my quarantine art.
Being half abstract half figurative the works suit very well almost any interior.

Elena Done is a painter and printmaker based in Spain. She recounts that becoming an artist was born from the feeling of insignificance in the vast universe. As a psychologist and an artist, Done's profound interest and love of humanity are translated through expressive figurative compositions.
