About this artwork
The work is a poetic infographic that illustrates, with accurate proportions, the cosmic hierarchy between ordinary matter, dark matter and dark energy, representing with dark ink the current state of our knowledge of the universe. Image conceived in collaboration with Stefano Camera, cosmologist and Associate Professor Department of Physics, University of Turin.

Eleonora Casetta is an illustrator and graphic designer from Turin who works with digital and traditional techniques. She has won prizes and awards appearing in the Annual of Autori d'Immagini in 2018, 2019, 2024, exhibiting her works in Turin, Genoa, Lisbon, Manchester.
Since 2017 he has dedicated himself to the art of engraving, printing with the master Giancarlo Busato of the Stamperia d'Arte Busato in Vicenza, preferring in particular the techniques of etching and aquatint.
Recurring themes in his works include figurative infographics, familiar geographies, illustrated flying nursery rhymes, suspended dreamlike miniatures, balanced between irony and wonder. His works, infused with a slow and profound reflection, convey the connection with nature and time, the search for belonging and celebrate a passionate return to manual techniques and the beauty of imperfection.
