About this artwork
In this work I have captured the unbridled power and the calming infinity of the sea. With acrylic and sand I express the impressions of the roaring waves and the quiet depth of the water. This semi-abstract representation invites you to feel the emotions and energy of nature and to let yourself be carried by it. It is a homage to the restless sea and its ever-changing faces.

Teaching until retirement in 2010, my need to develop myself creatively was
always available. Through repeated participation in summer academies in Niederwaldkirchen
and Stift Geras I deepened my artistic skills in watercolor, acrylic and ink graphics.
