About this artwork
“Enigma" is one of the most significant works in my "Renaissance" collection. This painting is a journey into the mystery of rebirth, represented through symbols that evoke the complexity and depth of this process.
The work, overall, wants to suggest mystery and sacredness, and for this purpose, in the lower part, I have outlined the pyramids, which have always been a bridge towards eternity and transformation and representative of continuous evolution… and regeneration.
"Enigma" is a work that invites contemplation and reflection, a silent dialogue between past and future, between memory and possibility. I hope that this creation of mine can find a place in your collections, enriching your spaces with its profound meaning and its powerful symbolism. It is a piece that comes from my desire to explore and represent the perpetual cycle of rebirth, a theme that inspires me deeply.

Elide Pizzini, painter and photographer, draws inspiration from the observation of her painter grandmother. He uses experimental techniques, freeing his artistic expression through the use of flexible plastic spatulas to spread the colour, creating a work that is "generated, not created". His work emotionally evokes the complexities of rebirth and the interaction of opposites, conveyed through the metaphor of the mirror as a portal to other dimensions.
