About this artwork
In this work, I explore the duality of human existence through the prism of time.
A real clock, with a functional mechanism powered by two AA batteries, sets the pace.
The black and white paint, placed inside, blends with the green painted hands: sometimes, the time merges with the drawing.
I wanted to express that we should not run after time, but welcome it.
Protected by a window and surrounded by a black iron frame, the work becomes a mirror… of our relationship with time.
