Claudia is a fascinating woman in the prime of her life and carries a child within her who is about to see the light of day. This nude portrait, on which I worked for a long time (2015-2021), came up as an idea in October. While outside the life escaped and the colors changed, new life grew in Claudia. This contrast of growth (the child in the mother's womb) and decay (the apple tree with ripe fruits before harvest and the fall of leaves) was worth…
