COGNITION is a small ceramic sculpture shaped like ascending books — a symbolic architecture of thought. Each form rises subtly upward, suggesting growth not through force, but through accumulation: page by page, idea by idea.
The word COGNITION is inscribed directly onto the surface, anchoring the work in awareness itself. On the reverse, quieter verbs appear — learn, read, dream, know, change, imagine — not as decoration, but as a sequence. They… trace a human evolution shaped by curiosity and inner movement.
Raw textures and restrained finish give the piece a tactile, contemplative presence, inviting close viewing and reflection. Both intimate and symbolic, the sculpture functions as a personal reminder and a shared message: learning is not linear, but it always ascends.
