About this artwork
Domè is inside a hot air balloon, with a fishing rod in his hand. But there's no fish on the hook. There's a heart. And he doesn't fish it out of the sea: he fishes it out of a wooden basin on the sand.
Below him, on the beach, a white dog holds a rope attached to the hot air balloon in its mouth. It pulls. It doesn't want Dome' to leave.
Above the dog, a large black swan seems to hold him back. With its weight. Like a hug that won't let you move.…
It's unclear whether the swan wants to stop the dog or help him. Perhaps both.
Because sometimes the pain is dark and heavy. And that very weight, in some strange way, prevents us from losing even what remains.
This painting is dedicated to two loves that are no longer there.
One flew away. The other remained on the beach, with the rope between his teeth.
Dome looks at them both. And continues climbing. But slowly. With his heart in the air.

Hybrid figures, suspended between the human and the divine, which she then covers in color: gold, red, cobalt blue, as if the sky itself had painted them. Her works, exhibited between Italy, Europe and America, are bridges thrown between two kingdoms: that of the flesh and that of the spirit. Because for her, art is always a double revelation: showing what we are, and hinting at what we could be.
