About this artwork
In my painting, I've used pastels to meld realism with surrealism, capturing a vivid, dynamic wave towering over a small child. The contrast between the gentle touch of the child and the powerful surge of the wave embodies a dance of vulnerability and strength.
What it I wanted to capture was that within us all resides the innate power to face the obstacles in life, if we're brave enough to face them headfirst. The waves, however scary and large,… might not always be our enemy, but sometimes they might bring us to shore. Bringing this piece into your home infuses it with a spirit of awe and resilience.
Pastels on paper, framed on a handmade oak frame with a non-reflective premium art glass, that will also ward off UV rays and keep the artwork protected.

He follows his own passion where ever it leads, and you rarely see two pieces similar, unless it's of a certain series
