About this artwork
"LOOKING VASES", painting from January 2023,...Always an interesting wall THEME, both for the treatment of its forms and the application of color
QUOTE:…"Chosen for its beauty of forms and simplicity by painters of all ages, from the Spanish Francisco Zurbarán to the French post-impressionist Paul Cézanne, the vase, due to its condition as an ideal floral container, is a recurring motif in still lifes".
"VASES", I start working on this theme in… 2022, and I am inspired to resume the painting of my beginnings, such as still lifes, vases, painted with my brushstroke of thirty years of evolution in my painting. (with today's shapes and colors).
A SUBJECT THAT SEEMS VERY SIMPLE; I WORK IT WITH MY SHAPES AND COLORS.
(A GIFT A BEAUTIFUL FRAME OF NATIVE WOOD)
« Creativity leads me to portray feelings that I do not know. »
