Eva Alberternst is a painter and draftsman based in Austria whose works have been exhibited nationally. She describes her compositions of line and colors as creating fantastical new worlds. In addition, Alberternst is inspired by the shapes found in nature, "forms that are able to depict both the microcosms and the macrocosms of our world at the same time". She most often employs acrylics, oils, and colored pencils on canvas, wood, or synthetic board.
