Painting with acrylics on an antique canvas 80/45 cm
Here I painted over an old, somewhat boring oil painting... the painting process was refreshing, even for me.
My inspiration was: A discovery: a refreshing waterfall, a cool place to linger, a symbolic gate that invites you to walk through.
Due to the structures of the layers of paint, the picture appears very lively, while the composition appears simple and clear.
Please also note the detailed… pictures.
On the sides of the stretcher you can still see the old clasps of the canvas and remains of the painting (see photos). A professionally sunk eyelet is mounted on the back so that the picture can be hung up immediately.
A matt varnish protects the work from the effects of light
The work will be signed on the back when it is sold and you will receive a signed certificate of authenticity.
