About this artwork
At some point this summer, I thought about the importance of clouds (you know shade, water lifecycle etc,.) So, I painted some clouds. And now, depending on who you ask, they either look like colon(s), an inflatable shark, or Sonic's sky sanctuary. Clouds are versatile like that.

Evelyn is a painter whose current work explores the natural world and our deep connections to it. At a time when much of our natural world is under threat, her paintings seek to go beyond capturing nature’s beauty – they invite viewers to reflect on how intrinsically linked our lives are to these ecosystems and the creatures that inhabit them. Rooted in research, observations, and personal stories, her work encourages a deeper appreciation of these ecosystems and their significance to our daily lives.
