Spring is coming! When we are in winter and it is cold even in Andalucia, we look forward to the arrival of the warmer springtime ! This painting was made in December to keep up the spirits because : Spring is coming ! Hang it on the wall and it might make the wait a little easier.

Evert van Bommel is a prize-winning artist based in Spain whose pieces have been exhibited in Qatar. A graduate of the Royal Academy of Visual Arts in the Hague, his artistic research and inspiration follow the development of modern painting. Van Bommel's vibrantly colored compositions are primarily created using acrylics, though he also employs watercolors on both canvas and paper.
