About this artwork
Hour 11:22 talks about strengthening life in the present not only through the prism of thoughts that concern us here and now, but also what thoughts we have about our past.
Memories and emotions carry different vibrations of energy. If you continually reflect on a good time that made you feel appreciated, your mind and body automatically create a sense of gratitude in the present moment. However, if you constantly remember a difficult time that made… you resentful, your mind and body automatically create that feeling of resentment in your present moment, attracting more situations and people that will make you feel unhappy. You attract what you already have inside you.
So what to do when your past is difficult and painful? You know you can't change what happened in the past, but you can always change your reaction to what happened in your history. The key is to change your perspective and thus perceive the past as an opportunity for personal development.
