About this artwork
Inspired in the possibility of ending racial differences in the US. I came up with this metaphor of an emerging character based on the visionary ideas of Jose Vasconcelos's, a prominent Mexican scholar and politician from the XX century. This fantasy shows the San Francisco Bay blue and red colors extracted (out of two known political animals) and blended them into a dark drink whose ferment leads to the emergence of a new human.Dimensions 30 x 40."…
