About this artwork
This mosaic radiates pure energy and joie de vivre. With each mosaic stone, I wanted to capture the feeling of warmth and an explosion of trust. The colors symbolize both strength and calm – a perfect combination for any room that should radiate inspiration and a positive vibe. It invites you to discover your own inner strength and make it visible.
The mosaic is made of Venetian smalt, the classic glass mosaic material, which was glued directly… onto an MDF board.
A special feature of this mosaic material is that the incoming light is reflected on the rough surface of the smalt, giving the work a magical shine that varies depending on the time of day and year.
The MDF board can be sealed, allowing the work to be flush-mounted into the plaster of a wall, tile, or wooden floor. Depending on the installation, it is recommended to mount a shatter-proof glass panel over it.
