About this artwork
I have just finished my latest creation which is particularly close to my heart. This work is made in acrylic on canvas, measuring 210 cm by 190 cm. It is based on the principle of rhythmic structure in harmony with the golden ratio.
In this piece, I have created 1970 sequences, each of which is composed of colors that combine or oppose each other. I looked for the subtle balance between the hues, thus adding depth and richness to the whole. Each… gesture is unique, reflecting my singularity as an artist. Each sequence reveals a new facet, creating a captivating and original visual experience.
At the heart of the work, I superimposed several spheres. Their arrangement creates an effect of volume and perspective, giving the impression that they are advancing or receding. These spheres represent key elements, bringing a tangible presence and a sculptural dimension to the composition.

Farid Izemmour is an experienced artist based in Switzerland whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in Italy.
