Fernando Castro is an artist based in Brazil whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally. His contemporary works explore his life experiences in Brazil, as well as his time spent living abroad. In addition, Castro fuses cultural references and themes such as philosophy, faith, psychology, politics, and the media. His abstract expressionist compositions are also imbued with words, symbols, numbers, and textures. He creates using acrylics and oils on paper and cardboard.
