About this artwork
In this work, I have captured the essence of urban nightlife, capturing the interaction between artificial light and architecture. The dark hues and bright lights in tones subtly close to copper and gold create a play of contrasts that invites reflection on the duality of the night, in that moment where the known becomes mysterious. Each viewer will appreciate this dynamic and contemplative energy in their space, evoking stories perhaps never told…
in the stillness of midnight.

Fernando Grilli, son of photographers and raised in the nuances of light, fuses photography, collage and algorithmic art. His works, imbued with techniques such as retouching and monotype, dialogue with the aesthetics of Art Deco, PopArt and the mystery of film noir. They transmit the weight of the social, the poetry of light and shadow, and a conceptual vision that sparks reflection.
