About this artwork
Even if "Finn" is an existing boy, the sculpture also shows the child's ability to be completely at home and in the game.
"Finn" was modeled in clay and later cast in bronze, with an unusual patina reminiscent of concrete.
The sculpture is an edition of nine copies, each of which was individually handcrafted, which is why there may be slight differences in the surface and color of the patina.
The sculpture will be available again from August… 2020.

« I am driven by the search for the quiet and at the same time intense feelings in people. »
Valerie Otte is an award-winning sculptor based in Germany whose works have been exhibited both nationally and in the United Kingdom. Driven by the human search for inner balance, when imbalanced, people become sensitive and vulnerable. Otte's compositions reveal to viewers their own vulnerability, yet also portray confidence and strength. Her expressive pieces are created using bronze and wood.
