About this artwork
I create abstract art straight from my imagination, which exists only once. In this piece I used a sombre grounding pallet to harmonise the work, and I improvised the marks and shapes in response to each other, creating a spontaneous piece which shows moments of surprise and delight in the serendipity of the unplanned. The result is a expression of a specific time, place and feeling.
The work allows individual interpretation from the observer,… as it has no specific intention. The title merely reflects my thoughts.
