About this artwork
LA GERMINAZIONE DELLA PACE (The Germination of Peace) is a resin sculpture that forms part of the "WHERE FLOWERS ARE BORN" collection, which explores resilience, rebirth, and hope through figures adorned with floral elements. This piece depicts a monochromatic male bust with a serene and contemplative expression, from whose head flowers bloom, symbolizing the flourishing of inner peace and the connection with nature.
The flowers, painted in delicate… tones, contrast with the whiteness of the figure, highlighting the fragility and beauty of life that emerges even in the midst of adversity. The bust’s clasped hands resting on a marble base add a sense of calm and stability, reinforcing the work's message of harmony.
This sculpture celebrates humanity’s ability to find beauty and rebirth in dark times, inviting reflection on how peace, much like a flower, requires time and care to grow. It is a poetic representation of the continuity of life, transformation and hope.

« The stories of each character, isolated in an intimate and personal dimension, are reflections on human values, perceptions and emotions. »
