In this piece, I explored a serene escape from reality through the softness of sleep. The floating figure, draped in rich, striped pajamas, embraces a pillow as if it carries their dreams. Using oil allowed me to blend realism with a semi-abstract backdrop, creating a gentle, calm energy that invites tranquility into any space it inhabits. This painting celebrates peaceful solitude and the fragile beauty of rest.
