About this artwork
My previous paintings have always been more or less impactful, with a crazy expenditure of energy. It had to be seen immediately on the web. For this painting, I start in an explosive atmosphere: the music loud, it squirts and splashes everywhere. But I'm not satisfied with the result and I think I'm tired of this way of painting. And all of a sudden I take the brush and start mixing the colors together to achieve this final result. And I say to…
myself, that’s all. “That’s it.” When I left the workshop, I wasn't sure of anything and told myself that this painting was either the start of something else, or absolutely had to be destroyed when it was dry.
