About this artwork
In this creation, I dive into an abstract tapestry of emotions, using acrylics, colored pencil, and ink on paper. The vibrant whirls and patterns breathe energy, wrapping around the serene form at the center, creating a dialogue between chaos and calm. Crafting this piece was a meditation on balance and revelation—inviting the viewer into a dance of color that ensnares and softly unveils. This piece will infuse any space with dynamic vibrancy and…
a touch of the enigmatic.

« My work is inspired by imagination, expression and feeling, and is not a product of recreated reality. »
Franz Fox is a passionate Cuban painter based in the US who has exhibited his work nationally. He harnesses inspiration from the colors that were at his fingertips during his youth on the island, as well as experiences from his many travels after moving from Cuba to the States. Fox composes vibrant paintings that center on a figurative image which he then surrounds with abstract elements. He considers his style as a sort of psychic automatism, wherein priority is given to the process, emphasizing impulse over premeditated composition.
