About this artwork
As part of a collaboration with the Berlin skateboard label CURARE, two works were created on skate decks. Here is number 1 | 2, the motif of which is based on my series "we never walk alone". I love this and its sister work for their freshness, coolness, sportiness! Neon yellow, pink, sky blue, individual black elements and silver accents combine in a very natural way. These two are real eye-catchers!
The skateboard was exhibited in Spain in 2023… and suffered minimal damage during the return transport. If you don't know it, you won't actually notice it, but I'll mention it for the sake of completeness. For example, the neon yellow "drops" on the front have been slightly flattened by transport. There is no damage to the wood.
A special skateboard hanger is included. This is attached to the wall using a screw. The specified "depth" of the skateboard refers to the board hung on the wall. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!

Driven by the urge to understand the world, I translate my impressions into colors, shapes, and structures. As a work emerges, ambiguities are clarified, impressions are organized, and overwhelm is dispelled. I use colors to set the tone, while structures and shapes act like script, creating orientation and providing support. The goal is always to understand and find inner peace.
My color palette and motifs change depending on the location, resulting in multi-layered abstract paintings that oscillate between clear, geometric structures and free, flowing forms.
I live and work in Berlin, with exhibitions primarily in Germany and collectors all over the world.
