About this artwork
As I painted "God's Handiwork," I felt overwhelmed by the majesty of nature and the unmistakable presence of God in every detail. The towering rock arch carved by time, reminded me of strength and permanence of His hand. And beyond it, the vibrant greens and yellows of the forest felt like a window into His heart -- full of life, renewal and light. This scene spoke deeply to me. The gentle stream winding through the canyon whispered of His peace…
and the play of light and shadow reflected how His presence reaches even into the darkest places. I didn't just want to paint a landscape -- I wanted to capture the sacred awe I feel when I stand in nature and realize I'm surrounded by His glory. My hope is that as you view this painting, you too will pause and marvel-- not just at the beauty of creation but the greatness of the Creator.
